Service
HireWaypoint proposes subscription access to online hiring software: job creation, hosted application pages, applicant management, human-driven review and optionally AI-generated advisory summaries. The platform is not an employment agency and does not guarantee applicants or successful hiring.
Eligibility and employer responsibilities
Intended customers are businesses using the service for lawful recruiting. Employers must publish accurate vacancies, provide required applicant notices, comply with hiring and employment legislation, avoid discrimination, and make all consequential recruitment decisions themselves.
AI output
AI summaries are assistive, may contain mistakes or omissions, and cannot be treated as verified evidence or as an automatic hiring, rejection or ranking decision. Employers must independently review original applicant information.
Subscriptions
Available plans and included usage will appear on the pricing page. Payment collection is disabled in preview. Before launch, a final agreement must explain recurring billing, renewal, taxes, suspension, cancellation, refunds and service limits.
Restrictions and data
Customers may only supply data they are lawfully entitled to process. No illegal vacancies, misleading recruitment practices, spam, unauthorised candidate scraping, or attempts to access another employer's data are permitted.
Legal operator and governing terms
The operator's legal identity, address, jurisdiction, liability provisions, complaint handling, incident reporting and data-processing agreement must be completed prior to selling.
